Raven and Eagle are the two most important birds to our people, and they are like polar opposites.
 
Eagle stands upright, is pure and dignified, is the highest among the animals and closest to creator. 
 
Raven is the trickster, bringer of light, and appeals to our animal urges.  This piece shows the two together, intermingled, like 2 sides of the same coin.
